The Reservation App indicates I have incompatible hardware (ie. CPU, Bluetooth, Video Card, Printer) and/or software, what should I do?
- Hi need ati radeon xpress 200m win7. There are no Windows 7 video drivers for that chipset. That is quite old technology.
- Once all the updates at the time had finished, I went through to see what all was updated and I noticed that my display updated to the 'Unsupported' driver 'ATI Radeon Xpress 200 Series.' So I installed some games, programs, etc that I sometimes use for testing new updates on my computer.
- Integrated video graphics driver for IntelĀ® Desktop Boards with ATI Radeon* Xpress 200 Graphics. This download includes only the ATI* graphics drivers. If you also need the ATI* Catalyst Control Center software (which allows you to access and configure settings for the ATI* graphics), click here.
You can check the software developer and hardware vendor for the latest updates before performing the upgrade.
UPDATE: Please review the following article by Barb Bowman (Microsoft MVP) for solutions to this problem.
Microsoft's compatibility database is continually being updated with new data. What you can do is periodically run another scan to see if the database has updated information about your hardware. Even though you might get this message, you can always run Windows Update after installing Windows 10 and download the latest driver too.
I recently installed Windows 10 on an HP Elitebook to see how well the most recent Windows 10 build performs. The Elitebook is a fairly recent model notebook which includes an assortment of hardware technologies. Out of the box though I did not get a complete system, for instance the Intel HD Graphics 3000 was not detected and I was instead limited to the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter.
Apart from this, I had wi-fi ready, which meant, I could connect to the Internet right away.
Installing drivers through Windows Update
Windows Update is the premier starting point to resolve most common driver issues you might experience immediately after installing Windows 10.

Simply launch it from Start > Settings > Update and Security and click Check for Updates
or
Ati Radeon Xpress 200 Driver Windows 7 32-bit
Press Windows key + R
Type: wuapp
Hit Enter
Click Check for updates (make sure you have an active Internet connection).
Immediately, Windows Update will detect your system configuration and download all the appropriate drivers for your system. As you can see in the above screenshot, my Intel HD 3000 Graphics was installed automatically. I did not even have to reboot the system. In addition to that other hardware components were also detected and installed which includes my LAN adapter and card reader.

So as a computer tech, you like to take risks right? I was told by the 'Get Windows 10' program on my Windows 7 eMachines computer that I couldn't upgrade to 10 due to 'ATI Radeon Xpress 200 Series: Your display doesn't work.' So I eventually went to Microsoft's site and got a Windows 10 Enterprise Evaluation 90-day and installed it. I had it update as much as possible. Once all the updates at the time had finished, I went through to see what all was updated and I noticed that my display updated to the 'Unsupported' driver 'ATI Radeon Xpress 200 Series.' So I installed some games, programs, etc that I sometimes use for testing new updates on my computer. I played those games, I worked on those programs, I sometimes did both. My computer was running at top speed (No lag) all the time without conflict. I do wish to see this driver added to the list of driver compatible with Windows 10.
